Road safety as my birthday: Neeru Yadav As the CEO of Sachhi Saheli Mahila Agro Producer Company and Sarpanch of Lambi Ahir, I dedicated my birthday to an important social cause. Through my Aditri Foundation, I distributed 1000 ISI marked helmets in collaboration with Rajasthan Police in Jaipur. This initiative was for those bike riders who were riding without helmets. Objective of the initiative The main objective of this initiative was to raise awareness about road safety and highlight the importance of wearing helmets. This program of helmet distribution is an important step towards reducing serious injuries and deaths in road accidents. Program Planning and Implementation The event was planned by Aditri Foundation in collaboration with Rajasthan Police. Special check posts were set up in different parts of Jaipur, where policemen and volunteers of the Foundation worked together to stop bike riders without helmets and provided them free helmets. Each helmet is certified with the ISI mark, ensuring that it meets the highest safety standards. my message During the helmet distribution program, I said, “My birthday is special to me, and it is a matter of pride for me to dedicate it to raising awareness about road safety. It is the responsibility of all of us to protect ourselves and our loved ones. Be alert. Wearing a helmet is not just about following the law, but also about protecting your life." impact on society This effort of mine was highly appreciated by the local community and administration. This program not only provided helmets to hundreds of bike riders, but also raised awareness about road safety in the society. Such programs can also become a source of inspiration for other communities, thereby promoting road safety across the state. future plans I and Aditri Foundation are planning to organize more such programs in future also. Our aim is to spread widespread awareness in the society regarding road safety and reduce accidents. This effort of mine proved that even a small initiative of one person can bring a big change in the society. This unique birthday celebration not only made my birthday memorable but also gave an important message towards road safety.
