When I assumed the post of Sarpanch, the Gram Panchayat building was in a dilapidated condition, and looking at its condition it was clear that it was in dire need of renovation. I took it seriously and made it my priority. chronic condition The old condition of the Gram Panchayat building was very pathetic. The ceiling was leaking, there were cracks on the walls, and the floor was cracked. It was extremely difficult to do any kind of work in this building. Even the village people were reluctant to come here with their problems, because they had to face lack of facilities here. Repair and Renovation As soon as I became Sarpanch, the first thing I started was the repair of the Gram Panchayat building. We repaired the roof of the building, replastered the walls and refinished the floors. Along with this, the old windows and doors of the building were also replaced. modern interior design We did not just limit ourselves to renovation, but decided to give the building a modern office look. We took the help of a professional interior designer to make the interior of the building beautiful and attractive. The walls were newly painted, new furniture was installed, and a modern lighting system was installed. All this gave a new and attractive look to the Gram Panchayat building. interlocking complex We also developed the premises of Gram Panchayat Bhawan in a grand manner. We installed interlocking tiles in the campus, to make it easier for the people coming here to walk. Saplings were also planted in the campus, so that greenery and freshness could be experienced in the environment. effects and consequences This initiative of mine had a deep impact on the villagers. Now Gram Panchayat Bhavan has become a place where people not only come to get their problems solved, but also consider it as their home. This renovation has made the Gram Panchayat building an important center of the village, where all types of administrative proceedings can be easily conducted. conclusion When intentions are good and determination is strong, no task is impossible. This work not only gave new life to the Gram Panchayat building, but also infused a new energy among the villagers. This initiative of mine can become a source of inspiration for other rural areas.
