Skill Development Program

With the aim of making the girls of my Gram Panchayat Lambi Ahir self-reliant, I motivated them to participate in Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) and other skill development courses. Girls from the villages of Lambi Ahir, Kansinghpura, and Sahar received training through these schemes, giving them the opportunity to learn various skills and enhance their abilities. During these courses, girls gained expertise in various fields, such as IT, healthcare, beauty and wellness, and other technical skills. This training boosted their confidence and prepared them to face the challenges of the modern workplace. In Rajasthan, where women face hesitation and veil in coming out of the house, I took this initiative. After the training, I helped these girls get jobs in multinational companies. Today, these girls are working successfully in their respective fields and have become self-reliant. They have not only improved their financial condition but have also set an example in their families and society. This initiative is a matter of great pride for me. I believe that when a girl is empowered, the entire society is empowered.
